On January 8, 2025, Noi Bai International Airport held the inauguration ceremony for two charity houses and organized the "Warm and Loving Tet" program in Soc Son District.

In keeping with the nation's tradition of mutual support and solidarity, and in response to the 2025 “Spring of Volunteerism” initiative launched by the Airports Corporation of Vietnam, Noi Bai International Airport inaugurated two charity houses and carried out the "Warm and Loving Tet" program on January 8, 2025, in Soc Son District, Hanoi.

The program was attended by Mr. Mai Hong Hiep, Deputy Director of Noi Bai International Airport; Ms. Trinh Thi Lien Huong, Vice Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Airports Corporation of Vietnam and Chairwoman of Noi Bai International Airport’s Trade Union; the Secretary of the Airport's Youth Union; along with numerous officials and youth union members from the airport.

On behalf of Soc Son District, Mr. Do Minh Tuan, Vice Chairman of Soc Son District People’s Committee; Mr. Vuong Nguyen Minh, Standing Committee Member and Head of the Mass Mobilization Committee of Soc Son District Party Committee; and many representatives of disadvantaged households participated in the program.

As part of the program, Noi Bai International Airport presented two charity houses along with essential furnishings worth a total of 180 million VND to two underprivileged families in Bac Son Commune. This heartfelt gift provides these families with a stable home to celebrate the upcoming Lunar New Year.

Additionally, the program distributed 100 gift sets directly to policy beneficiaries, disadvantaged households, and underprivileged students excelling in their studies across three communes: Nam Son, Hong Ky, and Bac Son. The total value of these gifts amounted to 100 million VND.

The radiant smiles of children and the heartfelt words of gratitude from the elderly brought warmth to everyone present. Ms. Trinh Thi Lien Huong, Chairwoman of Noi Bai International Airport's Trade Union, shared:

"‘Warm and Loving Tet’ is an annual program that Noi Bai International Airport has been implementing in Soc Son District. While the material contributions may not be significant, they represent the heartfelt sentiments and social responsibility of all the staff at Noi Bai International Airport, as well as the Airports Corporation of Vietnam as a whole."

She added, "The program has been well-received and appreciated by the local community and authorities. We hope it has added warmth and joy to help the residents prepare for a peaceful and happy Lunar New Year of the Snake."

The 2025 “Warm and Loving Tet” program is not merely a charitable activity but a heartfelt expression of community solidarity and mutual support. It contributes to building a warm and united community while educating younger generations about the noble traditions of the nation.

The program, alongside the inauguration of two charity houses, also serves as a meaningful initiative to celebrate the Party Congresses at all levels, leading up to the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
